IAXA Capital focuses on only two areas:
1/ Technology and Media investments via IAXA Global
2/ Sustainability, Clean Energy and Energy Transition investments via IAXA GAIA
We take minority and majority or complete buy out investment positions in areas where we feel we can create superior value. We will invest in IP, assets and/or companies. We work both with existing management teams and with founders, owners and investors looking to exit. We are not geographically restricted and consider investments in all geographies.
Our typical direct investment ranges from $10M to $100sM
Our typical consortium investments, where we work with our corporate, private equity and institutional partners range from $1B to $25B and upwards. We are not size limited.
We are active investors only and require voting Board positions on all of our investments. We are value builders and seek to hold assets for the bulk of their value creation period. We consider trade, secondary and IPO exits periodically for all of our investments.

1/ As a coinvest partner to our private equity funds. Here we target investments in assets, IP and company buy-outs in the $B+ range. We focus on majority control and complete buy-outs.
2/ As a direct and consortium investor in companies, assets and IP. We can take minority investments to full control and target investments from $10M to $100’sM.
