IAXA Global focuses on technology and media investments. IAXA GAIA focusses on sustainability, clean energy and energy transition related investments.

IAXA Capital deploys capital in two methods:
1/ As a coinvest partner to our private equity funds. Here we target investments in assets, IP and company buy-outs in the $B+ range. We focus on majority control and complete buy-outs.
2/ As a direct and consortium investor in companies, assets and IP. We can take majority investments to full control and target investments from $10M to $100’sM.
